Terms & Conditions — Hybaji

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hybaji platform, available at hybaji.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Hybaji", "we", "us", "our"). Hybaji is an online betting information and entertainment platform providing sports betting coverage, live casino content, slot game information, instant game guides and responsible gambling resources primarily for users in Pakistan.

By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual accessing or using the Platform.
• "Content" means all text, images, data, guides, market information, odds references and other material published on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, deposit match, free bet credit, cashback or similar incentive made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by the Platform and/or the operator before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency reference used on the Platform.
• "Operator" means the entity or entities that administer the betting and casino services accessible through or referenced on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in applicable bonus terms.

Your access to or use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This includes accessing any page of the Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing wagers or otherwise engaging with Platform Content.

Where these Terms are updated, your continued use of the Platform following publication of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or participating in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services through any self-exclusion scheme currently in force.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account that has been suspended or permanently closed by the Platform or Operator.

Hybaji reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or residency at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each eligible user may register one Account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any associated balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information reasonably requested. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify us promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share, disclose or transfer your Account credentials to any third party.

You must notify us immediately if you have reason to believe that your Account credentials have been compromised or that there has been any unauthorised access to your Account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Deposits to the Platform must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Available payment methods may include local and international options. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual references familiar to Pakistani users only. None of these providers endorse gambling or support this Platform for gambling transactions. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and may vary by payment method, currency and account status. Illustrative minimum deposits referenced on this Platform (e.g. PKR 1,000) are examples only and are subject to current Operator terms.

Hybaji does not guarantee that any particular payment method will be available at any given time. Processing times are determined by the relevant payment provider and Operator and are not guaranteed by Hybaji.

Cryptocurrency deposits (e.g. BTC, USDT) may be available subject to Operator configuration. Conversion rates and applicable fees are the responsibility of the user.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements and compliance with the Operator's withdrawal policy.

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents, which must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport.
• Proof of address where required (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• A selfie or liveness check as directed by the verification system.

The name on your withdrawal account must match the name registered on your Platform Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. No guaranteed withdrawal processing timeframes are made by Hybaji.

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and other incentives ("Promotions") are subject to individual terms and conditions that supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

PKR bonus amounts cited on this Platform (such as "up to PKR 25,000" or "up to PKR 10,000") are illustrative examples only and do not represent current, guaranteed or live promotional offers. Actual Promotion values, availability and conditions are determined exclusively by the Operator at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated in specific Promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all Promotions:

• Each Promotion is available to one Account per individual, household, IP address and device.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Promotions have defined validity periods. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the stated validity window will be forfeited.
• Hybaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Promotions are intended for recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit or abuse Promotion terms through irregular play may result in the voiding of bonus funds and/or Account suspension.

All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the Operator's applicable betting rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, event cancellations and dispute resolution procedures.

Cricket markets — including but not limited to PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments and domestic Pakistan cricket fixtures — are referenced on the Platform as sports context only. Hybaji has no official partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any participating team or franchise.

Odds quoted are for informational and illustrative purposes. Live/in-play odds fluctuate in real time and Hybaji does not guarantee the accuracy of any odds data at the time of viewing. All final settlements are determined by the Operator's official platform records.

Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot ordinarily be withdrawn or cancelled by the user. Exceptions may apply in limited circumstances as specified in the Operator's rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple Accounts or facilitating access on behalf of a person who has been excluded or suspended.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers or any other automated means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users or engaging in any form of match-fixing, advantage play or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law while misrepresenting your location.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your Account credentials to any third party.

Hybaji reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, guides, data compilations and software — is the property of Hybaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit Platform Content without prior written consent.

The Hybaji name and any associated marks, logos or identifiers are the exclusive property of Hybaji. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hybaji, its directors, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any financial losses incurred through gambling, betting or any wager placed through the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, errors or omissions in Platform content, including odds data, betting market information or promotional details.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hybaji makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose or availability of Platform Content.

Hybaji is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools and resources are available to users who wish to manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Limit the duration of individual gambling sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

Hybaji does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances. Age verification controls are applied and any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending wagering requirements or active bonus conditions must be addressed prior to or at the time of closure.

Hybaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal or prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 4.

Upon Account closure, any balance in the Account will be processed subject to applicable terms, pending verification and outstanding conditions. Funds connected to fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed or incorporated, as determined by the applicable Operator entity.

Hybaji does not assert that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor does Hybaji claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial or federal authority.

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any other applicable legislation.

Hybaji reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes may be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure.
